El Banco Central de Chile, el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo y la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile tienen el agrado de invitarle al Curso de Modelación Macroeconómica y Capital Natural que se realizará entre el 2 y 5 de mayo de 2023.
Las clases serán realizadas en inglés por Onil Banerjee, Director de RMGEO Consultants Inc., y Justin Johnson Profesor Asistente de la Universidad de Minnesota. El objetivo del curso es introducir a académicos y reguladores a un modelo de integrado de macroeconomía y servicios ecosistémicos que simula cómo la economía afecta al medio ambiente y vice versa. El curso también tendrá ejercicios enfocados en evaluar el impacto de políticas macroeconómicas dirigidas a la conservación y la restauración de la naturaleza.
Las clases serán realizadas en inglés en formato híbrido, con número limitado de participantes presenciales. La inscripción está abierta a cualquiera que tenga interés y es gratis. Si le interesa participar, ya sea on-line o presencial, le invitamos a inscribirse antes del 25 de Abril 2023.
