Be wary if you are contacted and informed that you have deposits or need to make a payment to the Central Bank of Chile.

Entry and Stay Regulations

The regulations issued by the Central Bank of Chile for entry and stay in its premises are as follows:

  • The service hours are from 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.

  • The use of caps with visors or sunglasses is not allowed inside the Bank.

  • To enter, the established security measures and controls must be respected, which include identity registration and belongings control.

  • All persons entering the Bank are monitored by our video surveillance system for their safety.
