TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USAGE OF THE SURVEY The identified applicant can use the EFH databases only for scientific purposes in relation to the topics on which it collects information. The Central Bank of Chile is the owner and sole authorized to disseminate and distribute the EFH bases. For its part, the applicant is obliged to store the data securely in order to avoid undue copies of the information by third parties. The disclosure of any type of information regarding the families or persons contained in the disaggregated database of the EFH, whether it leads to their individualization or not, is expressly prohibited. The reports, articles, research works, or other forms of exposure of results based totally or partially on the information contained in the disaggregated database of the EFH may only present information properly grouped for the demographic segments of interest. Likewise, it is explicitly forbidden to use the data of the EFH to try to identify families or individuals, either in order to establish contact with the interviewees, or with the purpose of conducting additional surveys, or meeting commercial, marketing or other objectives. any other purpose. This prohibition includes, and is not limited to, the crossing of the personal data contained in the EFH database that could be made with other public sources of personal information. Finally, the applicant is invited to send their work when it is completed in order to add it to the web page of the survey as a reference for the community of researchers in this field, and the general public.
