Biography

DANIEL MANCILLA joined the Bank as the Persons Department Manager on 1 August 2024. He is a psychologist from Universidad Andrés Bello, with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and certified AMP “Advance Management Program” from ESE Business School.

He has developed his professional career in the persons area of several companies in the technological, manufacturing, agribusiness and mining areas. He has served as Corporate Manager of Labor Relations and Human Resources Manager of Pampa Norte in the mining company BHP, and in positions related to the people areas in the companies Goodyear, LG Electronics Chile, Monsanto and Coca Cola Andina.

From 2019 to 2023 he was Manager of the Persons Department of the Corporate Center and Corporate Manager of Personal Development at the copper corporation Codelco.
