The objective of this section is to guide New Participants on the general procedure for accessing the RTGS System. It should be noted that the activities described are those that correspond to a general process of incorporating a New Participant, and there may be variations depending on the specific nature of each entity.

This section is intended to guide those entities that are in the process of establishing a Low Value Clearing House, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III.H.6 of the Compendium of Financial Standards of the Central Bank of Chile, and that contemplate carry out the settlement of the net balances of its business cycle in the RTGS System.
It should be noted that the activities and deadlines will vary according to the liquidation operational modality defined by the Clearing House in its Operating Regulations.
