Follow our recommendations and just by looking at, touching and tilting you will be able to identify your banknotes:
Look at
Look through the banknote and the watermark, the security thread and the coinciding motif will be visible on both sides of the banknote. Also, the $2.000 polymer banknote has a shadow image and two transparent windows that can easily be seen.
Touch
The paper and the polymer have a unique texture and the raised print gives it a greater thickness that you can feel.
Tilt
Tilt the $20.000 banknote and you will see the iridescent stripe, the ink that changes colour and the letters “BC” that appear in the corner, this last feature is also present in the $2.000 banknote.
